Recent Experience

ListReports / Highway.ai

Jan 2020 – Current

ListReports is a prop-tech SaaS platform that solves marketing, referral, and lead pipeline problems for real estate consumers and the real estate and mortgage professionals who serve them, through an intelligent combination of automation, proprietary data products, and human curated content. That’s a fancy way of saying ListReports makes buying and selling a home a more delightful experience for all parties. MBS Highway (a mortgage tech company) acquired ListReports in fall of 2022, kicking off a new corporate brand and multi-product strategy led by Jules.

As the UX Director, Jules is part of multiple teams. Her primary team is the UX Team - which she founded and matured over the last 4 years. She manages Design and Research, leading UX/R strategy for the company. She also sits with senior management and the executive team, where she is a both a consultant and peer strategist, bringing UX to the table in business decisions. UX falls under the greater Product Team, where she played a leading role (alongside Product leadership peers) in the org’s evolution from waterfall to dual-track agile pods tactics and OKR oriented roadmaps.

Shippabo

Mar 2019 – 2020

Shippabo is a B2B SaaS platform offering technology networked solutions to shippers, importers, exporters, and their many partners in the archaic and complex global shipping logistics space.

As the Product Design Lead, Jules worked to mature the Product Org’s UX Strategy with the Head of Product, while closely collaborating with engineers to discover, validate, and solve problems for customers in an early-stage agile product development framework on a continuous release cycle. She developed the first comprehensive service design blueprint to map out and optimize the many interwoven, unique, and interdependent workflows between parties as goods travel from port to port all over the world. Additionally, she worked closely with the executive team to design pitch decks and business strategy artifacts for the company’s second major fundraising event.

Habitat for Humanity (ATL)

Jan 2019–Mar 2019

Habitat for Humanity is a global nonprofit housing organization working in local communities across all 50 states in the U.S. and in approximately 70 countries. Habitat’s vision is of a world where everyone has a decent place to live.

Jules was the UX Lead on a team of designers and researchers, running an intensive design sprint to help the Atlanta Habitat team more effectively deliver on their promise to their volunteers and new homeowners: building strength, stability and self-reliance in partnership with families in need of decent and affordable housing. After weeks of interviews and research (field study, survey, interview, user testing) she led her team in the creation of a mobile-first web portal that empowers homeowners in the Habitat Homebuyer Program to independently learn about their mortgage while tracking their progress in the educational mortgage program.
